A. Australian Buyers
 

  • We offer fast and secure shipping throughout Australia through reputed carriers like Auspost and Express Post. Deliveries will be handled by the selected carrier during business hours and online tracking details will be shared. We cannot control operations of our shipping partners.
     

  • We despatch orders within prescribed timeframe, generally 1-2 business days, once the payment has been cleared.
     

  • For eligible listings, we offer same day shipping, but orders must be put before 8 am.
     

  • Express post option is a faster courier service only. Choosing this option does not mean that handling time would be less.

     

B. Overseas Buyers
 

  • We ship to most countries around the globe from Australia through our shipping partners like DHL, UPS and Auspost, with tracking information available for most of the countries. We cannot control operations of our shipping partners.
     

  • Our prices are inclusive of product price and shipping cost only. Any custom charges and overseas import taxes are not included. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay charges and get the item cleared from customs, as applicable as per laws of the land.
     

  • We despatch orders within prescribed timeframe, generally 1-2 business days, once the payment has been cleared.
     

ImportantPlease note that once the goods are signed for; the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the goods. Any claims made outside the 48 hours will be refused.
 

In circumstances, which are beyond our control like delay in supply chain and natural hazards, we may experience delay in despatch and deliveries. In such cases, buyers are contacted and offered a resolution.
